Tacky rubber grip on sturdy delrin shaft.

Securely friction fits to the shifter shaft itself.  No tiny set screws or small plastic wedge lock at the top to break.

The TRM shift knob is designed to place the shifter closer to the steering wheel and provide additional leverage to remove notchiness from short shift kits. It installs in the same way as the stock shift knob. Locate it over the shifter and thump it on.
