Shipping and Returns

At Harrison Motorsports, we want you to be happy with your order!

SHIPPING:

Shipping charges for US packages are calculated automatically in the shopping cart and vary by weight. We offer UPS or USPS shipping, or pick up by prior arrangement at our store.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We will ship your order to almost any place in the world. International customers are responsible for paying all applicable duties, customs  or tariffs, or brokerage fees on the product when the product arrives in the destination country, we cannot control these charges. International shipping charges are not automatically calculated during checkout, please email us with an inquiry regarding your order to orders@harrisonmotorsports.com and we will email you with a shipping quote.  We use USPS INTERNATIONAL MAIL to ship internationally.  Time quoted is the time it takes for USPS to deliver to customs in the destination country.  We have no control over how long the destination country's postal service takes to get your package from customs to you.  Shipping fee is based on weight and time. Please Note - Orders paid via PayPal will only be shipped to PayPal verified addresses.

FREE SHIPPING OFFER:
For orders totaling over $99 and shipped within the continental United States, your order will be shipped without a shipping charge via our choice of UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail if you choose the Free Shipping option. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you.  Free shipping offer does not apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico or Internationally.  Free shipping offer cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. Free shipping offer does not apply orders for seats or wheels.

SALES TAX:
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Georgia (7%). All other states and countries are tax-exempt.

RUSH ORDERS:
In the event you would like to request a rush order on any of the items at Harrison Motorsports, please call us during normal business hours 9:00am - 6:00pm EST at (678) 879-1200 or send us an email to orders@harrisonmotorsports.com.  Or simply choose one of the express shipping methods on checkout.  Note: orders need to be received early in the day to have rush shipping.

OPEN YOUR BOXES ON DELIVERY - YOU HAVE 10 BUSINESS DAYS FROM RECORDED DELIVERY TO NOTIFY US BY EMAIL (ORDERS@HARRISONMOTORSPORTS.COM) IF A PART IS MISSING.  After 10 business days, if you have not notified us, then the order is considered filled and no replacement parts will be sent.

 

RETURNS:

We want you to be happy with your order from Harrison Motorsports so please inspect your order on receipt, and contact us immediately if you have a problem or a question regarding your order. One of our sales representatives will be happy to help you.

Within 30 days of the purchase date on your invoice, you may arrange to return your order for a refund, with the following stipulations: 

  • Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included and no broken seals.  Any product that has been installed, or shows signs of attempting to be installed means it is now used and not returnable.
  • We do not accept returns of anything electronic or electronically related, in other words, aftermarket tunes, Cobb Tuning Ports, Active Autowerke Performance Software, etc., those sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns on any custom made or made to order items, including but not limited to Mason Engineering Bars and Braces, Race Skids, Harrison Motorsports Door Panels, those sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns on any Clearance, Specials, or Helmets on sale, those sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns on any items that have been installed or used, with the exception of a manufacturer defect.  You would not want to buy used or damaged merchandise, nor would we sell it.
  • We do not accept returns on any items that have been modified or, in the case of sealed products for example like a wiring harness adaptor, pried open.
  • We do not refund shipping charges. We reserve the right to assess a 20% fee for handling and restocking on items returned for reasons other than manufacturer defect.
  • A Return Authorization(RMA) is required for all returns. Contact Harrison Motorsports at 678-879-1200 to request a RMA before you ship or bring your item to Harrison Motorsports. No RMA, no refund, period.
  • Funds will be refunded to the same payment method as originally used.  In case of credit cards, refunds will be issued after the original purchase has cleared our credit card processing/bank.  Please allow time for the transactions to clear.

The Return Authorization (RMA) must be written on the outside of the shipping packaging.  A copy of your invoice with the product listed must be included when returning an item.

Order acknowledgement sent by Harrison Motorsports subsequent to the order and payment shall not amount to confirmation of order. Harrison Motorsports reserves the right to refuse any offer to purchase prior to despatch, where goods ordered become unavailable, the price of goods varies or an error is made by Harrison Motorsports in the price, description or for some other reason, whereupon a full refund of your payment will be made to you, usually in the method you made payment to Harrison Motorsports.
