CSF's "B-tube" radiator tubes are specially engineered in the shape of a flat B, 

resulting in a tube that is stronger than the normal "O" shaped tube.  CSF is able to use thinner and lighter aluminum with better cooling efficiency because of the shape of the radiator tubes.and a precision multi-louvered fin to increase heat rejection performance and surface area contact. 

 Additionally, this CSF part has 20% more total cooling tubes, and due to the efficient B-Tube shape, airflow through the core is improved as well.  These technical features all contribute to improved cooling efficiency over OE-type performance upgrades, as well as other standard "performance" aluminum tanked radiators which are nothing more than aluminum tanks on a traditional stock core.

Made in Indonesia in the same factory that produces CSF parts for aftermarket and car line production for several European cars. This part is a much higher level of quality than the typical Chinese factory parts. CSF's Racing & High Performance Division is able to produce a premium high performance cooling system with a level of quality and craftsmanship that is usually found in products with a much higher price point due to their economies of scale of over 600,000 units sold globally every year.

Every CSF quality radiator goes through a testing process in our state-of-the-art testing lab. Our procedures and requirements set the bar for cooling system reliability and performance:

• Vibration cycle tested
• Thermal cycle tested
• Wind tunnel tested for optimal radiator core cooling efficiency
• Burst pressure and impulse cycle tested 10,000 times for strength
• Salt spray tested for corrosion protection

• 30 point fitment inspection on critical dimensions to ensure OE fitment with no modifications necessary
