AKG Rear Trailing Arm Bushing Removal Tool, BMW 3 Series E30 (318, 323, 325 & M3) & E36 (318ti only) & Z3

Simplify the removal of Rear Trailing Arm Bushinings with the AKG Rear Trailing Arm Bushing Removal Tool

For use with the following BMWs:

• 3 Series E30 (318, 323, 325 & M3)
• 3 Series E36 (318ti only)
• Z3

Greatly simplifies the removal & installation of factory and AKG bushings

How to install AKG poly bushings completely into the trailing arm:

Lubricate the bushings' grease grooves and the aluminum sleeve with wheel bearing grease (see first photo above for close up of grease grooves).  Insert the aluminum sleeves into the bushings (Refer to Photo 1).

NOTE: Photo 1 above is meant to show only orientation of bushing/sleeve in trailing arm.  When installing unit into the trailing arm, the poly bushing must be installed before inserting the sleeve."

Install the RTAB tool as in Photo2 and tighten until the bushing sits completely in the trailing arm.

Remove tool, insert sleeve.

Torque to Factory Specs
