Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice. In case of price change customer will be notified before shipping.
Payment: Cash, major credit cards are acceptable forms of payment. PayPal is also offered as a convenience. We do not accept personal checks for any orders. All goods remain property of Harrison Motorsports until payment is complete. Deposit required on special orders. Orders paid via PayPal will only be shipped to PayPal verified addresses.
Shipping: All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS unless weight or size is prohibited, in which case motor freight will be used. We ship via US Postal Service for military personnel (APO, FPO) and some free shipping orders. For orders that qualify for free shipping, Harrison Motorsports will choose carrier based on the safest, most economical shipping method available. Only when specific instructions are given and acceptable to Harrison Motorsports will the shipping mode be altered. Orders received before noon Eastern Standard Time for a product that is in stock are usually shipped the same day, but are not guaranteed to ship that day. For orders placed via Harrison Motorsports web site, shipping charges are approximate. We will notify you before shipping if there is a change in shipping expense. We occasionally ship directly from the manufacturer to you.
International orders are not accepted by the website, please email your order to us. Please make sure to include a list of the items you want to purchase and your address. All international orders requested to be shipped via UPS, including to Canada, are assigned a Customs broker by the carrier. Rates and fees for brokerage will vary. Harrison Motorsports is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by the carrier, broker, foreign government, and/or Customs agent. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to pay any and all shipping charges, duties, tax, and/or brokerage fees for international destination orders.
Returns: Please contact us immediately if you have a problem or question regarding your order. Examine your parts upon arrival, no later. We do not accept returns of anything electronic or electronically related, in other words, aftermarket tunes, Cobb Tuning Ports, Active Autowerke Performance Software, etc. No returns on any custom made or made to order items, including but not limited to Mason Engineering Bars and Braces, Race Skids, Harrison Motorsports Door Panels. No returns on any Clearance, Special Sales, or wearable Safety Equipment (helmets, gloves, socks, balaclava, underwear, etc.). No returns on any items that have been installed or used, with the exception of a manufacturer defect. You would not want to buy used or damaged merchandise, nor would we sell it. No returns on any items that have been modified or, in the case of sealed products for example like a wiring harness adaptor, pried open. We do not refund shipping charges. We assess a 20% fee for handling and restocking on items returned for reasons other than manufacturer defect. Contact Harrison Motorsports to request a Return Authorization (RMA) before you ship or bring your item to Harrison Motorsports. No RMA, no refund. Items returned must be received within 30 days of date on invoice, in brand new, unused condition and in the original unopened packaging. A copy of your sales invoice with the product listed must be included when returning an item. Refunds will be credited to customer’s bank card if a copy of the original debit/credit card receipt is included. Otherwise a store credit will be issued. All cores are to be returned to Harrison Motorsports. After 30 days, we reserve the right to refuse credit for cores. Cores that Harrison Motorsports determines, in its sole discretion, to be un-rebuildable or unusable, will either receive no credit or only a partial credit, A copy of the sales receipt or invoice must accompany the core.
Claims: When packages appear damaged on arrival, state condition of the container over your signature on the receipt. Open and inspect all orders on arrival. If damage is discovered after opening the container, notify the carrier immediately. Claims for damage must be directed to the carrier FIRST, not to Harrison Motorsports.
Ordering: All orders must be placed to Harrison Motorsports, 1805 Hembree Rd. Alpharetta, GA. 30009, via online at www.harrisonmotorsport.com, by phone at (678) 879-1200 or by email to orders@harrisonmotorsports.com. Harrison Motorsports reserves the right to refuse to accept an order, or to cancel a previously accepted order for any reason or for no reason at all.
Limited Warranty on New Parts: All new parts, with the exception of electrical parts, high performance products and products already carrying a manufacturer’s warranty will be warranted against manufacturing defects only for 12 months from the date of sale. Customer shall notify HMS within 10 days of discovering a defect in a product bought from HMS, and present proof of purchase from HMS. No warranty for items shipped outside the United States. All Parts must be installed by a certified technician. “Do it Yourself” installations are not recommended. All warranties and/or guarantees are voided if products have not been installed properly by a qualified licensed auto mechanic experienced in the installation of the product(s). Yours and your mechanics’ inability to install a part does not make the part returnable or us liable for monies paid to mechanics. Harrison Motorsports assumes no liability for issues related to the install of parts bought through Harrison Motorsports. Harrison Motorsports is not responsible for labor charges due to incorrect installation or faulty or defective parts. We do not refund install expenses. Please inspect items carefully before installation! There is no warranty if parts have become defective due to faulty installation, or were used in a manner not designed for the part or if they have been abused in any way. There is no warranty, expressed or implied for any parts (including new parts) or work used for competition, or track driving school events. There is no warranty on electrical parts. Certain products carry a manufacturer’s warranty. We reserve the right to withhold refund until the defective part has been examined and tested. Defective merchandise must be returned at customer’s expense for replacement. We will replace all defective parts which were purchased new, but cannot accept responsibility for inconvenience or losses occasioned by their use. Friction Materials refunds may be adjusted for percentage of life used before finding defect. Harrison Motorsports is not responsible for shipping costs on items returned under this limited warranty. Our website listings are based on the information supplied by the manufacturer.
Used Parts: There is NO WARRANTY on used parts. All used parts, including engines and transmissions, are sold “AS IS” and come with no warranty unless otherwise stated. Used parts are not returnable.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnity: Customer assumes all liability and risk arising from the use or installation of new and used parts that are purchased from or installed by Harrison Motorsports. Harrison Motorsports shall not be liable for any damages to any person or property arising out of or in connection with the use or installation of any parts that it sells or installs including, but not limited to, high performance products, engine conversion kits, engine chips, springs, sway bars, exhausts, racing harnesses, window nets, fire systems, racing suits, helmets, turbochargers or superchargers. Customer agrees to indemnify Harrison Motorsports from any and all claims (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the use or installation of the product(s) it purchased from Harrison Motorsports or had installed by Harrison Motorsports. Harrison Motorsports is not responsible for any damages or claims arising out of a delay in the processing or shipment of any order. By purchasing products from Harrison Motorsports or by paying Harrison Motorsports to install any products, Customer is acknowledging that they, and their heirs, agree to accept this Limitation of Liability and these Terms and Conditions.
Product Use: Many items, including engine conversion kits and computer chips, are sold for competition and off road use only. It becomes the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the use of their vehicle and items purchased comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Harrison Motorsports products are not legal for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled motor vehicles. Performance products are legal in California only for racing vehicles, which may never be used on a public highway. Installation of products does not come free with purchase.
Merchandise: We sell new and used parts. Please note that product descriptions and photographs used on our online catalog are examples only. Actual item may differ. Use of this website signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of sale. Installation is not included with purchase of products.
Fraudulent Orders: We will seek to prosecute any and all fraudulent transactions. We use all means necessary to convict including recording of IP addresses. All fraudulent orders will be filed with the IFCC (Internet Fraud Complaint Center). The Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC) is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C). http://www1.ifccfbi.gov and http://www.ic3.gov
Applicability: These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all order placed by the customer, whether online on Harrison Motorsports web site or by telephone, or over the counter at Harrison Motorsports, including all future orders.
Trademark Information: The trademarks, logos and service marks ("Marks") displayed on this Site are the property of Harrison Motorsports or other third parties. You are not permitted to use the Marks without the prior written consent of Harrison Motorsports or such third party which may own the Marks.
