Free shipping available on the Snap-Off Quick Release System. This quick-release steering wheel adapter is race proven, SFI (Safety Foundation Inc.) Spec 42.1 certified for use in SCCA, NDRA, NHRA, NASCAR, IRL, FIA, etc. sanctioned events.   

Allows you to easy entry/exit by quickly removing the steering wheel.  Helps you get out of the car quick in an emergency situation.   It also deters car thieves from even breaking a window to get in the car when they see there is no steering wheel, thus no easy way to steer the car.

In Black Aluminum, made from billet aluminum and hard anodized for durability. 

Designed to bolt to a 6 hole PCD – 6 x 70 mm hub (Momo, OMP, Sabelt, Sparco etc).Drafted from aircraft grade aluminum and made to bolt directly onto a standard 6 Hole Hub Adapter, Snap Off Quick Releases are made in Sweden and are TUV Certified. 

No welding, no irreversible modifications to the car's steering mechanism is needed.  Installs onto minutes.  The Snap Off Quick Release fits 6 hole hub adapters with a 70mm bolt pattern or, using a conversion adapter, a 74mm bolt pattern.  Quick bolt on installation to the steering column.  

This Snap Off Quick Release fits the common 6 x 70mm MOMO, Sparco, or OMP Steering Wheel. 

Race proven and patented unique spring-loaded twin pin mechanism allows easy removal of steering wheel; then securely clicks back into place. Three studs ensure positive engagement .Tapered pins lock assembly together. An O-ring machined into a groove in the Quick Release provides a tight fit between the two halves, there is no vibration.
